Nurturing ecosystems for creative action needs a more robust belief system. In You Lead, we aim to construct, deconstruct and reconstruct the idea of working with people.

Khushi Lab & Happy Station

These two programs are inspired by positive psychology, folklore, mythical narratives, and sacred rituals. It is designed to build a system for invoking synchronicity between the head, heart, and hand. The former is the one that is used to transform a cultural shift in the entire school system, while the latter is dedicated to redesigning the workspaces. Its primary intent is to build positive brave spaces and create a framework for moving away from ego-shift to eco-shift using experiments, practices, and rituals.

Often, we are intimidated by people based on the way they talk or the way they behave. And this further leads to prejudices, misunderstandings, and if not given attention, it could also lead to aggravated battles, damaging work relations, and hampering productivity. Imagine a process where we could use techniques to find out the underlying principle operating our expression and, in turn, create a balanced approach for communication that prospers blissfully in both personal and professional space. 

Abhivyakti/You Lead Talks

A thematic program handpicked and designed specifically for understanding the concept of need-based communication and its benefits. It is inspired by non-violent communication and is contextual in nature. We have many barriers in building new relations or find difficulty in making others understand what we feel or want. These get amplified when we start to work. Disinterested, disengaged, and demotivated, we underutilize our capacity and decrease the productive graph. The program is crafted to enhance and enrich our communication and presentation skills by becoming more efficient and in control of what we say (content), how we say (context), and why we say (intent).

Businesses grow if the people in them are growing and creating such a process; the people who manage it need to be visionary and grounded. In this world of infinite possibilities, anything and everything is uncertain. Never on the planet have we been living with so many uncertainties than we are today; hence, it is equally essential that we be better in how we handle ourselves and others. Entrepreneurship over the years has been redefined. With every decade, the dynamics and nuances in it change. There are first-generation entrepreneurs, inherited entrepreneurs, and then a third line called wannabe entrepreneurs. Each segment has its flavor. 

Alivepreneurship

It is a program designed for people striving to create a balance between what they love and what is expected of them. A new age course crafted to take care of the entrepreneurship dilemma one goes through daily. It is an experiential coaching intervention where the new age entrepreneurs would be facilitated and coached on the three dimensions: The IQ (Intelligent Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), and CQ (Creative Quotient).

It is a program designed specifically to break the jargon-centric complexities into simple working bits. The program prompts individuals to reclaim learning and doing into their own hands by shifting the onus and encouraging shared responsibility. It is a new age intervention created for managers, leaders, heads of the institutions, teachers, and individuals who want to bring balanced approaches to their daily engagement. We develop blissful work and relations practices through circle approach, hosting methods, pedagogy of mistake, and prototyping.

As a country, we are still far behind in life coaching or therapy, even though there are an array of options and choices. With the growing need for the whole-holding, why do we still find it arduous to reach out to these navigators? And even if we somehow find the courage to do it, what makes us take a backseat? 

Heart-Circle

This is an intervention created to make the domain of counseling and mentoring non-intimidating and non-threatening. A program for individuals and groups to access their hidden wisdom and potential through scaffolding techniques, humanistic psychological practices, and different art & nature-based rituals. Heart Circle is curated so that the catharsis comes in at the center and helps people to let out their suppressed feelings and emotions.

We live in a generation where we are trying to run faster than time. During the sprint, many deep conversations, moments of celebration, and heartfelt connections get left out. What used to be a daily Mela (fair) before every weekend is now just limited to an isolated shopping mall spree. In the moments of running and walking, we feel that taking small pauses brings in the universal magic of connectedness. As a part of our small effort in celebrating relationships beyond, we host a gathering on community togetherness. The idea is to unwrap the gifts of love, trust, synergy and make them a daily ingredient of our life as a verb. 

Saajha-Saath

It is a program designed to boost the creation of forming tribes. Team building is a passe and creates competitive and narrow approaches. The growing need to solve complex problems wants us to go back and learn the wisdom from our ancestors. Saajha Saath is a step closer to revisiting the retro ritual of communion. It’s a place where every point of view is accepted and embraced without any judgments or conditions. The experience runs in the spirit of co-creation.

Over the years, looking back at our peregrinations, a realization has led us to believe that just one form of capital is not good enough; what we need is multiple capitals, called sacred capital, and a sense of purpose for manifesting a meaningful life.

Backbenchers Festival/Happiness Mela/Mystic Circle/Food Sarai/Khush Yatra

A curated and thematic experience formed to foster the idea of unlearning and reclaiming life in our own hands. Checklist gatherings and grapevine congregations withhold the sanctity of flourish. These festivals and learning journeys are created to stimulate a paradigm shift and encourage the concept of dharma by doing, reflecting, and sharing. Varied models with customized longevity are prepared to suit the need of divergent stakeholders.

Not to discredit or negate the aspiration, what is surprising is that we want to change with the old approach. If the game we are playing is different, then the practice for the same cannot continue on the old model.

It is a rite of passage designed specifically for leaders, students, teachers, and individuals to streamline their thoughts into creative action. We are born with the traits to succeed, and over the years, we also get the hang of what we want to do, but how to achieve the result is a big question we ponder?
