An architect by education, Daras works on diverse art & design projects ranging from visual art to craft development, spatial art installations to set/space design, poetry, music, sound explorations, performance, photography & film art. In 2017, he started an alternative education project ‘Shilp Khel’ that integrates craft & games to create an experiential learning environment for kids. Before Covid hit us badly, he started facilitating LTA ‘learning through art’ Workshop that intends to create an inclusive and nourishing environment for all those explorers who aspire to engage deeper in the process of ‘self-discovery’ through artistic experimentation, dynamic experiences, and intuitive expressions. It’s a journey to serve communities with artistic, musical, and playful learning exchange.

How do we learn and what makes learning meaningful are some of the questions anchoring Dharmik’s journey of facilitation and counseling. He studied positive psychology, and his need to communicate the subject matter in a simple & exciting way led him to use facilitation as a pedagogical tool. He works with children, parents, and young adults by designing challenges and experiments that are natural to their innate selves. His love for questions and design encourages his desire to foster personal growth and shapes his quest for the same. His optimistic approach brings an array of possibilities to work. He is working with children & youth on different projects around psychology, learning, and facilitation. He is also a counselor who works with adolescents to help them enhance their academic learning.

A compassionate observer and a natural conversationalist, her love for flora and fauna brings in grounding and helps her participant see things from a shifted perspective that is usually missed in the mundane routine. Her intention of having conscious humans and building ecosystems for flourishing tribes makes her stand out from the normal.

She comes with an MBA background from IMT university. After finishing her academics she tested her skills in multinational with six years of experience as a Merchandise Manager. A travel maniac by heart, she was on a solo journey to Europe and East Asia. Patrica comes with a rich understanding of varied cultures and is an easy getter with teenagers and young adults. Her love for animals makes her extra sensitive and in turn, adds another dimension to the program.
